Ordering & Shipping

Are your items on-hand or made to order?

Most items are on-hand and ready to ship unless stated otherwise.

If an item is listed as pre-order, the estimated production and fulfillment time will be indicated in the product description.

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?

Whenever possible, we reuse and incorporate recycled packaging materials in an effort to reduce waste and lessen excess packaging.

Each order is still packed carefully to make sure it arrives safely.

What are your payment methods?

For local orders, we accept GCash, Maya, and bank transfer.

For international orders, we currently accept PayPal.

Please note that orders will only be processed once payment has been confirmed.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

As orders are prepared shortly after payment confirmation, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes once an order has been placed.

Please review your details carefully before checking out.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are packed by me (Alyanna) or by my partner (Justin) and shipped from the Philippines.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship both within the Philippines and to selected countries worldwide.

Available destinations will be shown upon checkout.

How long does order processing take?

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing and packing after payment confirmation.

This excludes courier transit time.

For pre-order items, longer timelines will be stated in the product listing.

What courier do you use?

Metro Manila same-day deliveries are shipped via GrabExpress or Lalamove courtesy of the buyer. We will send you an email once your order is ready for pickup.

GMM and Provincial Philippine orders are shipped through Gogo Xpress.

International orders are shipped via Inline Forwarder.

How can I track my order?

Once your parcel has been shipped, a tracking number or shipment update will be sent to the email address provided upon checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking information to reflect after dispatch.

What if my parcel gets delayed or lost in transit?

Once parcels have been turned over to the courier, shipment handling and delivery timelines are already outside of our direct control.

While every order is packed carefully and securely, we cannot be held responsible for courier delays, mishandling, or lost parcels during transit.

Will I need to pay customs or import fees?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges depending on your country’s regulations.

These fees, if any, will be shouldered by the buyer.

Do you accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations?

Due to the limited nature of our products and our small-batch fulfillment process, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect order?

If you receive a severely damaged parcel or an incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order along with clear photos and your order number so we can properly assess the concern.

Product Information

What if the item I want is sold out?

Most regular alfajone releases may be restocked over time depending on availability.

Items marked as Limited Edition may not be reproduced once sold out.

If there is a product you are looking for that is no longer available, feel free to email us and we can check if it will be returning.

I can’t find a specific product on the website.

Some items may be temporarily unavailable, archived, or part of a past limited release.

You may still send us an inquiry and we’ll gladly confirm if the item will be returning.

Where can I find more information about a product?

Detailed specifications, dimensions, and material information are listed on each product page.

If you need additional details not indicated in the listing, feel free to contact us before placing an order.

Will actual product colors vary?

Actual printed colors may vary slightly depending on monitor settings, lighting, and printing differences.

Minor variations are normal and to be expected.
